SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that OctaDiam FZCO does not ship to military addresses, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. For additional information, please contact OctaDiam Customer Care.
Complimentary boutique pick-up may be available at select locations within Dubai. Please refer to our website or contact OctaDiam Customer Care for details. We will notify you by email or telephone when your order is ready for collection. If you order multiple items, your complete order will be shipped or prepared for pick-up only once all items are available (partial shipments will not be made unless otherwise communicated).
DELIVERY
- Shipping Coverage: We offer complimentary international shipping to most destinations. However, we do not currently ship to certain regions including: Oceania territories (Norfolk Island, Pitcairn Island, Tokelau, Wake Island), Kosovo, North Macedonia, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Clipperton Island, Navassa Island, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Falkland Islands, Georgia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, Cabo Verde, Central African Republic, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and South Sudan.
- Delivery Timeframe: OctaDiam FZCO will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the estimated timeframe from the date of our written Order Confirmation and Shipment notice, and in all cases within thirty (30) days of that date. Exceptions apply to customized, personalized, or made-to-order products that require additional production time, as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Delays Beyond Our Control: Should delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact. If delivery does not occur within thirty (30) days from the Order Confirmation and Shipment date, or any other timeframe we have specified, you may contact OctaDiam Customer Care to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any prepaid amounts for undelivered products.
- Remedies: Your exclusive remedy for non-delivery is the right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund of any prepaid amounts for products not received.
- Processing Time: When estimating delivery time, please allow for payment verification, address confirmation, security screening, and order processing. Delivery is contingent upon receipt of full payment.
- Insurance and Responsibility: OctaDiam FZCO insures all shipments during transit until delivery to your specified address. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility transfers to you. If you designate an alternative recipient (such as for a gift), you acknowledge that evidence of their signature (or signature at that delivery address) constitutes proof of delivery and fulfillment by OctaDiam FZCO, with responsibility transferring accordingly. Products become your responsibility upon delivery to the address provided.
