Customers may exchange or upgrade jewellery items purchased from OctaDiam FZCO within 30 days of purchase by presenting the original purchase invoice and paying any applicable price difference. Gold jewellery may be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewellery. Diamond jewellery may be exchanged for diamond jewellery only.
